Flooded Refrigerant Evaporative cooling system

Flooded direct evaporative cooling is much more efficient than normal cooling using thermal expansion valve. Boiling effect with the heat transfer surface submersed in liquid refrigerant significantly increase the heat transfer by several times.

Scraped Wall Heat Exchanger

It is based on tubular heat exchange and combined with the working principle of SSHE.

PuffPastry automatic packaging line

Our system is perfect for making 1 ~2 kg sheet puff pastry margarine. The puffpastry automatic packaging line consists of automatic hot wire cutting, film covering and folding, film transportation and automatic stacking. There is optional weigh check system available. The complete line is custom designed, developed and fabricated in-house to meet our specific customer need. The conveyor belt is made of imported food grade material and driven by advanced digital servo motor and Siemens PLC for precise movement and control. The frame is made of SS304 or 316L for easy cleaning and long lasting. The automated system saves labor and ensures food safety production without secondary contamination.

The Resting Tube (B unit)

The Resting Tube (B unit) consists of multi-sections of jacketed cylinders to provide the desired retention time for proper crystal growth. Internal orifice plates are provided to extrude and worked the product to modify the crystal structure to give the desired physical properties.
