The small-scale custard cream production line is the same as the large custard cream production line. lt consists of an oll phase system, a water phase svstem, a preheating constant temperature water system, an emulsification system, a crushing system, a homogenization system, a scraped surface heat exchanger heating and sterilization system, and a high-temperature holding and gelatinization system, a scraped surface heat exchanger cooling system, a packaging system, and a PLC electrical control system combining with mass flow-meter, weighing sensor, temperature probe, steam stop valve, steam filter pressure reducing valve, safety valve, PlD temperature control valve, steam trap, chiller unit, and other equipment, instruments, valves, pipeline & fittings.
