Brief Introduction:
The small-scale custard cream production line is the same as the large custard cream production line. lt consists of an oll phase system, a water phase svstem, a preheating constant temperature water system, an emulsification system, a crushing system, a homogenization system, a scraped surface heat exchanger heating and sterilization system, and a high-temperature holding and gelatinization system, a scraped surface heat exchanger cooling system, a packaging system, and a PLC electrical control system combining with mass flow-meter, weighing sensor, temperature probe, steam stop valve, steam filter pressure reducing valve, safety valve, PlD temperature control valve, steam trap, chiller unit, and other equipment, instruments, valves, pipeline & fittings. The production process is precise ingredients, double crushing, aisperslon and emulsiicatlon, tine hiah-pressure homodenizaton, fuly encosed heatina temperature maintenance, and cooling. Compared with the traditional production by cooking pot, the heating temperature of this system will be more steady, the moisture content of the product will be more accurate without loss, and the production efficiency will be higher. The smal-scale custard cream production line is equipped with temperature control valves of the international well-known brand, which are connected with the PLC program to control the temperature with high accuracy, together with a temperature recorder, achieving accuracy, record, and data storage. The temperature of each batch of products during production is well documented, which can maintain the stability of the products. The PLC control system are using Siemens PLC & modules, and the supporting human machine interface has the same graphics as the production process, which is easy to understand and operate. This production line has a unique design and ingenious layout. All equipment is assembled on a platform of 6 square meters, which can be moved at any time and occupies a small area. The small production line is a small version and a simulation of the large production line, and only 30-50kg of production materials are needed for each test, lt is convenient for enterprises to debug formulas or make samples for customers, greatly reducing the waste of materials, ano is guite suitable for laboratories and experiments or for colleges and universities for science and education.
