Brief Introduction:
Flooded direct evaporative cooling is much more efficient than normal cooling using thermal expansion valve. Boiling effect with the heat transfer surface submersed in liquid refrigerant significantly increase the heat transfer by several times.
The system consists of liquid refrigerant level control (Parkers LMC liquid controller),evaporation pressure regulating valve (Parkers refrigerant valve). sophisticated computer control module and electronic components.
The evaporative pressure and temperature could be adjusted according to different process requirement. Our system could deliver very stable exit oil temperature control of <1 degC, System design includes safety valve and the protection device against motor overloading. The refrigerant flooded evaporative cooling system is custom designed by our founder engineer and is time proven over 30 years of field installations (>80 installations) in Canada and China. The system is perfectly designed for ammonia or Freon for safety and reliability.
