Brief Introduction:
Our sanitary tank series include: Oil&water phase tank, solvent tank, emulsification tank(single or double motors), buffer tank, remelting tank, hot water tank and so on, which is not only can be used in the food industry, but also in other industries such as pharmaceuticals and cosmetics.
All tanks are fully made of SUS304 or SUS316L which is constructed by 3 layers: outside insulation layer with stainless steel cladding, middle dimple jacket for cooling or heating and inner product side. The inner of tank is mirror polished surface wall with no sanitary dead corner.
The fully enclosed design ensures that the product is keep in a aseptic condition. The tank head (cone type) is processed by auto rolling, forming, polish and welding machine and conforms to GMP standards. The mixer adopts sanitary mechanical seal and the interface adopts ISO standard quick-fit clamp type, which is easy installation and sanitary.
The tank can be equipped with sterile vacuum port, CIP cleaning nozzle, sight glass, flange quick-open manhole and other devices, which are welded as a complete module to ship.
