From May 20 to 23, 2026, the 28th China International Bakery Exhibition, a highly anticipated event for the global baking industry, grandly kicked off at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) Hongqiao. Under the theme "Boundless Innovation, Premier Launch & Integration, Connecting the Future", the exhibition spanned over 330,000 square meters. It gathered more than 2,200 renowned brands from over 70 countries and regions worldwide, drawing nearly 400,000 professional visitors. As a weathervane of the global baking sector, this prestigious event serves not only as a premier platform for new product launches, but also as a vital hub for in-depth collaboration across the entire industrial chain.
At this exhibition, Long Xianxing, General Manager, together with Qiu Jinlong and Long Xianhuan, Deputy General Managers of Zhaoqing Cangreen Food Machinery & Equipment Co., Ltd. — a national high-tech enterprise (hereinafter referred to as "Cangreen") — presented the company’s flagship products including the newly developed fully automatic production line for bakery oils and fats.
