Recently, the company exported a margarine production line to the two brothers' food complex limited liability company in Oromia, Ethiopia, in Africa. Subsequently, the company dispatched technical personnel, Chen Zubin and Lu Zhen, to Ethiopia for guidance. After five months of installation and debugging, the production line was successfully debugged and officially put into use on November 3rd. This is also the second time that the company's products have successfully gone global after exporting a 5-ton/hour margarine production line to Venezuela, a South American country, in May 2024.
The company is a national high-tech enterprise, focusing on the research and development and production of complete sets of equipment for margarine, shortening, custard sauce, pastry sauce, fat powder, peanut butter, chocolate, seasonings, cosmetics, etc. Among them, the scraper heat exchanger (A series unit), oil mixing machine (C series unit), sheet shortening forming machine (B series unit), and sheet shortening packaging machine, complete sets of margarine production lines, sheet shortening production lines, custard sauce production lines, and other equipment have filled the domestic market gap. In July 2015, the company was rated as one of the top 10 enterprises in China's scraper heat exchanger production, one of the top ten famous brands of scraper heat exchangers in China, and one of the top ten best-selling scraper heat exchangers in China by the China Market Research Center and the China Social and Economic Decision Consulting Center. The company's 16 products have been granted national invention patents. In September 2021, the key technology and industrialization of food industry-specific oil upgrading manufacturing won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award. At present, the company has become a leading domestic enterprise and a leader in the industry, with products that are not only popular in China but also sold to Europe, America, South America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and other countries and regions.
With the increasing popularity of the company's products, this year, merchants from countries and regions such as Russia, Japan, Thailand, and Taiwan have come to the company for inspection, and the products have been successfully sold to the above countries and regions. Currently, the company has achieved full-load production, and orders are scheduled until June 2025.
